Developer dreams

Hello all, I'm nearing my mid 40s and would like a career change. I love problem solving and have been told I would make a great software developer. The problem is that I am not an Australian citizen, so I cannot attend university. It is far too expensive. There is a short course I would like to do (please see details below), however I am currently unable to put together enough funds to make the registration cut off. Please consider helping me achieve my dreams of becoming a software developer, I would be so very grateful for any amount. Anything goes a long way, thank you very much.
